Free Information, Exhibition and Chill Out Day at Shotton Community Centre

Acumen’s Employment Team, in partnership with Shotton Community Centre, invited members of the public to a free information, exhibition and chill out day that took place on Tuesday 17th July at the Community Centre.

On the day, members of the public were given the opportunity to sample free therapies including Indian head massage and reflexology, entered in a prize draw and provided with information about free training and offered support to move into work.  There was also an exhibition of mining memorabilia by Silksworth Mining Society.
