Join the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning!
Member of the Aim High Network, have organised four coffee mornings in the Easington District to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The events are taking place at the following times and venues:
Thursday 25th September 10am - 12noon, East Durham Trust, Community House, Yoden Road, Peterlee
Friday 26th September 10am - 12noon, Peterlee Library and East Durham College, Burnhope Way, Peterlee
Thursday 2nd October 10am - 2pm, Church Street, Seaham
Friday 3rd October 10am - 1pm, New Life Centre, Sunderland Road, Horden
Shirley Wardle of the Aim High Network said: “The events will be an opportunity to meet like minded people whilst raising money for a good cause.”
There will also be competitions, careers health checks, raffles and demonstrations, story sacks, driving test theory practice and all proceeds will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
If you can’t come along organisers are welcoming any donations of prizes or contributions for a bottle draw in aid of Macmillan.
The Aim High Network is supported by Acumen Development Trust. East Durham College, East Durham Trust and Learn East are all backing the coffee mornings.
