      created a designated careers file in each office which includes a fact sheet
      on CVs and other useful information.

In the month of August 2008 our customers told us:
      they wanted easier access to information, outside of office hours.

We have:
      made our 'employment fact sheets' about CVs, application forms and
      letters accessible on our website.
